However, in the rare event that you receive an order that is built inaccurately or has a defect, we offer a replacement and will correct the issue promptly. Our tables and shelves are crafted from solid wood that is distressed, giving each piece a unique, reclaimed look. Our finishes are also applied by brush, adding to the rustic charm of our furniture.

We understand that damages may occur during transit despite our best efforts to ensure your order is packaged and shipped securely. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please note the damage on the delivery receipt per our instructions. We will promptly replace the damaged item.

We take our commitment to customer satisfaction seriously and strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when shopping with us. However, due to the high costs associated with packaging and freight charges, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse on shipped orders.
